Step Two

TREC Invitation.

The TREC invite will be sent on the date of your transition. Terica will send an email with the invite confirmation attached. Once Insight’s sponsorship has been accepted, Agent Services will send an update to the board or begin the application process, whichever applies.

Here is how to accept the invitation:

  • Click on the link on the email and log in with your user name and password to the TREC website. Remember, the trick is to keep hitting ‘Next, accept or submit’ until you can’t anymore.
  • First click on “my license services”
  • Choose drop down “manage my sponsorship”
  • See our name “Insight Realty Network” Choose “accept” Click “next” Click “submit” Click “yes”
  • Click “view PDF”. Download PDF for your records.
  • Then, go back to “my license services” and choose “change/verify contact information” and make sure your mailing address is changed to reflect current mailing address (Home Address if preferred)Click “change” Click “select” Click “next” Click “submit

Step Three

On-Boarding Documents.

Be on the lookout for an email with the sender as Andrew Bearden via BrokerSumo via Docusign. Insight’s Independent Contractor Agreement, Policies and Procedures along with a W9 will be ready for you to review, initial and sign. Check your ‘Spam” folder if not in your inbox. Click on the link provided and walk through the steps to set up your agent profile, upload a copy of your TXDL and RE License. *A copy of your updated RE License would have been emailed to you once our sponsorship was accepted.*

Step Four

Pay Invoice.

Two invoices will be emailed to you from our accounting department.

OnBoarding Fee of $125
E&O Insurance Premium of $320

Options to pay include via CC, first transaction within 2 months of joining or check mailed to Insight Realty Network 1751 River Run #200 Fort Worth, TX 76107. If paying via first transaction, please email Terica at terica@irn.email to inform her.

Zipforms vs Dotloop.

For document prep, here are a couple of options: Zipforms or Dotloop.

Insight is all about the ability to customize your business as to what best fits your needs. Zipforms may be accessed and provided by logging into texasrealestate.com. If you need help navigating, please see the attachment below.

E&O Insurance Premium.

  • The E&O Insurance premium is billed annually and runs Aug-Aug.

  • Current rate is $320

  • Invoices will be emailed Aug 1 and payment is due by Aug 31.

  • Options to pay are by credit card or check made payable to Insight Realty Network and mailed to 1751 River Run #200 Fort Worth TX 76107.
