  • Save Client Testimonials on Brokerage software.

  • In Texas, you will accept the TREC invite from United DFW Properties. This will be sent on the date you desire to make the change. Login to trec.state.gov.

  • Inform Current Broker of change in upcoming Broker Sponsorship.

  • If marketing or operating under a different name other than  what is on your real estate License, please let us know so we can record with the state.

  • Association/Board Transfer: Agent Services will assist with updating and/or transferring the proper association/board of REALTORS.

  • Listings Transfer: Agent Services will complete the form to transfer all Active Listings to United Real Estate DFW Properties. All contracts currently at Title will need to be negotiated separately between you and the previous broker.

  • Send a business photo/headshot to Brenda@UnitedDFW.com.
    If you need a new headshot, contact Damian Marks at Damian@UnitedDFW.com to schedule an appointment.

  • Send Brenda a bio (short paragraph) about yourself so we can prepare a Welcome Announcement for the United private and public Facebook pages.

  • OnBoarding Docs will be sent via email from Brenda Cole via DocuSign. Please review, initial and sign. Docs include our Independent Contractor Agreement, Policies and Procedures, Do Not Call and your W-9.

  • You will be contacted by Kelle Cantu/Office Administrator:

    for your debit/credit card information. You will be charged a $125 Onboarding Fee and then set up for your $65 monthly fee.

  • Order new business cards, name tags, signs, riders, etc. This is a great time to brand yourself. Resources for marketing material can be found on your Bullseye Dashboard. You will receive your login as a part of your Onboarding. Vendors are on Bullseye or get local vendor recommendations from Brenda.

  • Send or Accept FaceBook Friend Request:

  • If you have a domain name, send to Brenda and Damian – Bullseye support can assist you with linking your domain name to your website. They may need your account #, password and domain provider (i.e. Go Daddy).
    Purchase a
    domain name if you do not have one and want one. This is strictly your choice. Your domain name will be pointed to your United website.

  • Change the following:

    • Voicemail and email signature
    • Social Media – Facebook – Business & Personal, Linkedin, Twitter, Google Info, Instagram
    • MLS: signature, header info, CMA cover sheet, Agent Webpage & OneHome, etc.
    • ZipForm and/or Instanet-Transaction Desk: personal profile, email signature
    • Set up new Templates using United Checklist
    • Realtor.com – profile page and contact info
    • Texas REALTORS – profile page and contact info
    • Chamber Memberships & Nonprofit Memberships
    • CRS, Five Star Professional, D Magazine, etc
  • Logos can be found on Bullseye.
